Orlando's two big outlet malls are Orlando International Premium Outlets at the north end of International Drive and Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets near Lake Buena Vista and Disney Springs. Without a rental car, you can use rideshare, a shared trolley or shuttle where available, or a private car that waits or picks you up later. Plan the trip home with extra luggage space for your purchases.
Universal $119 · Disney $139 · Port Canaveral $169. Private SUV, tolls and child seats included.
- Tolls included, gratuity optional
- Flight tracking, free wait for delays
- Free child seats
- Free cancellation up to 24h
For many families, especially travelers from Latin America, shopping is as much a part of the Orlando trip as the parks. The challenge isn’t finding deals; it’s getting there, carrying everything, and getting it all home without overweight fees.
The two big outlet malls
| Outlet | Area | Closest to |
|---|---|---|
| Orlando International Premium Outlets | North end of International Drive | Universal, I-Drive hotels |
| Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets | Lake Buena Vista | Disney Springs, Disney-area hotels |
Both are open-air with dozens of brand stores. Weekday mornings are the calmest; weekends and holidays get crowded and parking fills up.

How to get there without a rental car
- Rideshare: easy for short rides from nearby hotels. The trip back with many bags can be harder to fit in a standard car.
- Hotel shuttles or the I-Ride Trolley on International Drive, where available. Check schedules.
- Private SUV: drop-off and a scheduled pickup (or ask for a quote to have the chauffeur wait). Plenty of space for bags.

Shopping day tips
- Bring an empty foldable bag or buy a suitcase there; outlets sell luggage, and it’s the easiest way to carry everything home.
- Weigh your bags at the hotel. Most airlines allow 50 lb (23 kg) per checked bag in economy; extra bags and overweight fees add up.
- Keep receipts in case you need to declare purchases when you get home.
- Go early to avoid the afternoon heat and crowds.
- Plan the ride home with the extra luggage. An SUV that carried 5 suitcases on arrival might need to carry 7 on departure. See our luggage guide.
“For the rest of our 12-day trip he took us everywhere — cruise port, airport, hotels — and each time it was a 5-star experience.”— James P., Google review · 12-day Orlando trip
A shopping stop on the way to the airport
Want one last stop before your flight? With a private car you can add it to your airport transfer. Allow at least 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 before an international one after you leave the outlets. Tell us when you book so we plan the timing and the vehicle size.
