The flat rate is $169 for an SUV (up to 6 passengers) and from $239 for a van. Tolls are included; gratuity is optional. No surge pricing and no airport fees.

No. Gratuity is not included in the flat rate, and tipping is completely optional. If you'd like to thank your chauffeur, you can add a tip when you book or give it directly to your driver.
