At Orlando International Airport (MCO), Terminals A and B share the main terminal building and Terminal C is a separate, newer terminal on the south side. Domestic passengers in A and B ride a short train from the gate area to the main terminal, then go to baggage claim; international passengers clear immigration and customs first. With a meet & greet service, your chauffeur waits at your baggage claim with a name sign.

We meet travelers at Orlando International Airport every day, many of them landing in the U.S. for the first time. The airport is large, but arrivals follow a clear order. Here it is, step by step.
MCO terminals in one minute
- Terminals A and B share the main terminal building. The gates are in airside buildings connected to the main terminal by short automated trains.
- Terminal C is a newer, separate building on the south side of the airport, used by a number of domestic and international airlines.
- Your airline decides your terminal. Check the airline app or the screens when you land.

Step by step: domestic arrival
- Turn your phone on when you land. If you booked a car service, you may already have a message from your chauffeur.
- Follow signs for baggage claim. In A and B you take the train from your gate area to the main terminal.
- Use the restroom before the carousel, especially with kids. It is easier than going back later.
- Find your carousel on the screens by flight number.
- Meet your chauffeur. With SPL’s meet & greet, your chauffeur is at your baggage claim with a sign showing your name and helps with the luggage.
- Walk to the vehicle with your chauffeur. Car seats are already installed.

Step by step: international arrival
- Immigration (CBP). Have passports and any required documents ready. Lines vary; 30 to 90 minutes is common at busy times.
- Baggage claim inside the customs area.
- Customs. Declare food and goods as required.
- Exit to the public area, where your chauffeur is waiting.
How long does it all take?

| Domestic, carry-on only | 15–25 min |
| Domestic, checked bags | 30–45 min |
| International | 45–90+ min |

Tips for families
- Keep one adult with the kids and one at the carousel.
- Strollers checked at the gate usually come back at the aircraft door; larger items may come to oversize baggage.
- Have snacks and water ready for the drive; Disney is 25–40 minutes away, Port Canaveral about an hour.
- Write down your resort name and address. Your chauffeur has it, but it helps if you need to call the hotel.
“Very professional driver that got my family and all our luggage to the airport in a timely and comfortable manner. He even had videos playing for the kids!”— Ray C., Google review · Airport transfer
