SPL Transportation Services offers a more personalized, comfortable, and professional experience than a standard taxi or shared shuttle. We suggest you make your reservation as soon as you are comfortable with your travel arrangements, and our system allows reservations up to 12 months in advance. However, we can accommodate you, if you have last minute bookings.

If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please contact us immediately. We will reschedule your driver at no extra charge. Our drivers also use two different flight-tracking software platforms to help ensure a seamless airport pickup experience.

Yes. Standard car seats, infant car seats, and booster seats are available at no additional charge.

Yes. On round-trip reservations, we offer one complimentary 20-minute grocery stop at a local supermarket or convenience store. If the stop goes beyond 20 minutes, there is a $1 per minute charge paid directly to the driver, although this rarely happens.

Yes. SPL Transportation Services can take you anywhere in Florida. We provide service throughout the Orlando area and beyond, including Disney, Universal, Legoland, SeaWorld, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Downtown Orlando, and many other destinations across the state.

Yes. We are a full-service transportation company serving airports, cruise ports, hotels, theme parks, and private residences throughout Florida. We provide door-to-door service in a timely and professional manner.

Yes. Charter service is available for all vehicles starting at $100 per hour, with a 3-hour minimum. This service is ideal for weddings, parties, bachelor and bachelorette events, nights out, multiple pickups and drop-offs, and other special transportation needs in the Orlando area.

Yes. All of our vehicles are state-inspected for safety and fully insured. We also license our vehicles with the City of Orlando, Sanford, Port Canaveral, and Orange County.

All drivers are required to pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement background check, and our insurance carrier requires a clean driving record. On average, our chauffeurs have more than 10 years of professional driving experience in the Orlando area.

We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cash. All reservations are paid in advance.

Gratuity is handled separately from the base transfer amount. A minimum 20% gratuity is required as part of the total price, and you will authorize the gratuity amount before confirming your reservation. The gratuity charge is processed as a separate transaction on the same credit card within 60 minutes after final payment is completed.

Yes. You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 3 business days before your initial pickup. If cancellation occurs within 3 business days of the initial pickup, no refund will be issued. Within that time frame, drivers are already guaranteed payment and vehicles have already been assigned to your reservation.
