How do I make a reservation and how far in advance is it recommended?

We have a state-of-the-art online reservation system which only takes 30-45 seconds to fill out, but if you are more comfortable talking with a real live person, call +1(407) 928-4204 or +1(321) 356-6746.We suggest you make your reservation as soon as you are comfortable with your travel arrangements, and our system allows reservations up to 12 months in advance. However, we can accommodate you, if you have last minute bookings.

Are your cars and SUV's insured and permitted?

All vehicles are state inspected for safety and have insurance policy. We also license all vehicles with the City of Orlando, Sanford, Port Canaveral, and Orange County.

What are your drivers’ qualifications?

All drivers are required to have a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Background check, and our insurance carrier requires a clean driving record.The average driver has over 10 years of driving experience in the Orlando area as a professional chauffeur.

Do you offer a free grocery stop?

We pride ourselves in making our part of your vacation or business trip pleasant and in that spirit we offer a 20-minute complimentary grocery stop at a local supermarket or convenience store, a $1 per minute charge will be paid to driver for going over 20 minutes but that rarely ever happens. This is available on round trips only.

Are tips included in the fare?

When quoting for a transfer, we separate the amount that is paid to the company for the transfer from the gratuity charge that is paid to your chauffeur. A minimum of 20% gratuity is required as part of the price. You will authorize the gratuity amount before you reserve your transfer. We will process the gratuity charge as a separate transaction to the same credit card within 60 minutes after finalizing payment.

What payment options are available and can I prepay?

We accept all major credit cards; however, we do not accept cash. All reservations are paid in advance.

Can we be driven anywhere?

SPL can go absolutely anywhere in Florida. We can go from one end of the state to the other as well as anywhere in the Orlando area. Disney, Universal, Lego Land, SeaWorld, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, downtown Orlando are just a few of the hundreds of places we go every month.

Do you offer residential service?

We are a full service company servicing airports, ports, hotels, theme parks as well as any home in Florida. We offer door to door service in a timely manner with a smile.

Do you offer charter service?

Charter service is offered in all vehicles starting at $100 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. Our service is very similar to hiring a limo at a third of the cost, we do multiple pickups and drop offs in the Orlando area for parties, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, nights out on the town or whatever your needs might be.

What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

Please, contact us immediately if your flight is cancelled or delayed and we will reschedule your driver at no extra charge. Our drivers also use two different tracking software platforms to insure a seamless airport pickup.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Receive a full refund if cancellation is at least 3 business days before initial pickup. If cancellation is within 3 business days of initial pickup, there are no refunds. Within 3 days of initial pick up our drivers are guaranteed to be paid and vehicles have already been assigned to your pick up.

Can we be hired by Travel Agencies?

Yes, we can be hired by individuals, companies, and travel agencies.
